Getting to ExCEL
We recommend using public transport to reach Excel. You should aim for the Canning Town Station on the Jubillee line where you should change to the Dockland Light Railway (DLR) for a 3 minutes journey to Custom House for ExCEL. ExCeL is in Zone 3 and London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. We recommend that you purchase a return ticket when visiting ExCeL to avoid queuing on your home journey.
Facilities
The main floor show is off the the ExCEL boulevard. There are several Cafes and other food outlets in the Boulevard including a Whistlestop where you can buy drinks, sandwich, stationary and newspapers. Other outlets include Costa Coffee, Juicepiration, Oi! Bagel, Birley Sandwiches, Pizza This Pasta That, Seabar and there are several more bars and restaurants on the Mezzanine level.
Wifi
In addition to their stand within the Expo BT has Wifi access throughout the venue: "At ExCeL you are able to access the internet on your laptop and hand held device via BT Openzone Through BT Openzone, you can sit in one of the many cafes and bars situated in ExCeL's boulevard with a coffee, and log onto the internet using your laptop just as if you were in the office. You can chose from a variety of payment options to suit your needs, ranging from pre-paid vouchers, pay as you go to subscriptions. Pre Pay vouchers are available at the InTouch Helpdesk on Level 0. A one hour pass costs £6 for usage in a 24 hour period or a 24 hour pass is £15 for unlimited usage."
Cloakroom
The main cloakroom is located on Level 0 within the boulevard.
Banking
You'll find Barclays and HSBC ATM's situated in the boulevard where all bankcards are accepted. The nearest banks including a cashier service are located at Canary Wharf, approx 15-minutes from ExCeL.
Toilets
The main toilets are located within the boulevard on Level 0, as well as throughout the south and north halls.
